Keoua Honaunau Canoe Club begins the 2012 practice season on Monday, March 5 at 4PM. We welcome new and old paddlers of all ages, shapes, and sizes! Dues for adults is $60 for the year, minors (18 and under) are $30. Our menehunes (under 12) only pay $15 dues, and get a t-shirt, insurance and HCRA cards to make them eligible to race in regattas.
Our purpose is to perpetuate the ancient art and culture of Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling as traditionally practiced at beautiful Honaunau Bay, next to Pu‘uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park. We welcome new and experienced paddlers of any age to join us on some of the most pristine, splendid and sacred waters in all of Hawaii.
