The purpose of Keoua Honaunau Canoe Club is to perpetuate the ancient art and culture of Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling as traditionally practiced on historic Honaunau Bay.
Our programs are open to all members and include Kids and Novice programs.
Membership is open to the public. Our programs promote environmental awareness; Hawaiian cultural concepts of family; and include instruction in Hawaiian language associated with traditional outrigger canoe paddling, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair.
Keoua Honaunau Canoe Club is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Any contributions to the club are deductible under section 170 of the Code. Our EIN is 99-0351116.
